Open box kit lens

Question

As mentioned in the info section, this lens is a kit lens sent in another packing. I'm concerned about the shipping box and if the lens will be brand new. Also since its an open box product i cannot rely on warranty. Is there a return policy in case of defective product received?    Also can you provide some information on shipping partners the will be used. I will be ordering in India

For shipping courier, we ship via DHL directly from Singapore. Please take note of tax duties and custom clearance in India. Custom clearance procedure is different for every country. Customers are responsible for their own custom clearance procedure required by local customs officials. Etoren will not be responsible for any tax duties nor customer clearance issues.
