Unveiling of OnePlus 5T happens today

The wait is finally over as OnePlus 5T is set to be unveiled today in Brooklyn, New York at 4pm GMT. It is understood that the event will be livestreamed worldwide and one wiil be able to attend the event for a fee of $40 (money goes to charity).
OnePlus 5T phones will be launched in North America and Europe just a few days later on November 21. For India, it will be offered exclusively on Amazon.
OnePlus 5T will come with a 3.5mm headset jack, Snapdragon 835 chipset, dual 20MP rear cameras are and a front one of 16MP. It will also come in either 6GB of RAM with 64GB of storage or 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. Rumor has it that the phone will have a 18:9 touchscreen of 1,080 x 2,160 resolution with very thin bezels; the first such OnePlus smartphone with these features.
The OnePlus team made a deliberate choice of keeping the headphone jack after seeking users’ preferences and giving much thoughts to the effects on sound quality – important as OnePlus users showed to care much about the value for money. The team still believes that wired audio offers users a better sound quality.
OnePlus 5T is expected to run Android 8.0 Oreo.
